how to get started

1. the first step to living well or selling well is for you and I to discuss your property and your aims. we can meet either at my sunshine coast office or brisbane office.
   this initial 40 minute meeting is complimentary.
2. we then meet at your property so I can thoroughly assess it, discuss aspects with you and begin to plan.
   this initial site visit is also complimentary.
3. I then produce an opinion report that discusses your property’s potential and outlines a step-by-step plan to fulfill your aims in the most cost-effective and resourceful way possible. I give you a fixed up-front fee for the report.
   opinion reports start from $190.
4. the opinion report also recommends which resources will be a valuable part of your process. again, I will be able to give you a fixed up-front fee for each resource needed. as an example, an inspiration folio starts from $500.
5. as we proceed step-by-step, I can work with you as much or as little as you choose and my schedule allows. your investment in live well or sell well is determined by the time I spend and the nature and scope of the work.
