what the photos don't show is the process behind the results. over many years of refining the process, i have found the following steps to be invaluable:

• meeting with you at your home/investment property to look at the whole environment - views, trees, aspect, where your property sits in the landscape
• looking at the unique attributes to find your property's heart and soul
• understanding the features you love and what you are grateful for
• looking at the challenges and different ways to overcome them
• being aware of your budget and ideal time frame
• learning what you need right now as well as what you need in the medium term and your overall long term vision

once I have met with you, i then write you a recommendation report and create an inspiration folio.

the report and folio show you in detail how you can achieve your short, medium and long term goals with careful planning. at that point it’s up to you to decide when we begin to increase the value of your asset and start fulfilling your goals.
